No.26 Sashiko of Yuza / Sori-hiki-happi

Yuza Town,Yamagata Prefecture.


It called "Sori-hiki-Happi",that is work clothes for river workers.

Who return a ship carrying goods from the upstream, to the upstream from the downstream.

In the old days,the ship was returned to the upstream by human power.

So, a separate cloth is added as a reinforcement for that purpose.

There are dirt, chipping,distortion,scratches,etc.for old items.

Moreover, since it sells also in a store,it may run out of stock.
